This notice explains what Lintel Pte. Ltd. does with the personal data you give us through this website, under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
Who we are

What we collect when you request the brochure
- Your name and email address.
- When you made the request, which page you made it from, and the country your connection came from.
- A one-way scrambled code derived from your internet address, used only to stop the form being abused. We do not store the address itself.
- The consent wording you agreed to when you sent the form, and its version date.
- Whether the brochure email was sent successfully and, if not, the technical reason.
If you email or telephone us instead, we keep that correspondence in the ordinary way.
Why we collect it
- To email you the brochure you asked for.
- So that Cory can follow up with you personally about your project.
- To keep a record of your request and what you agreed to.
- To protect the form from automated abuse and to keep the website running.
We will not add you to a newsletter or mailing list unless you ask us to separately. We do not sell your details or share them for third-party marketing. We will not call or text you to market our services unless you have asked us to.
Who handles it for us
Cloudflare hosts this website, runs the form and stores the record of your request in its Asia Pacific region; its Turnstile service checks that a request comes from a person rather than an automated program, and processes technical information about your browser to do so. Cloudflare also keeps short-lived technical logs of the form’s activity for fault-finding. Microsoft provides our email (Microsoft 365): the brochure is sent to you from Lintel’s Microsoft 365 mailbox through Microsoft’s mail service, a copy is kept in that mailbox’s sent items, and a notification containing your name and email address is sent to Cory so he can reply to you. Both providers act on our instructions. Some of this processing may take place outside Singapore; where it does, we rely on these providers’ contractual commitments to protect your data to a standard comparable to Singapore law.
How long we keep it
Your request record is deleted automatically 24 months after you make it. Emails we exchange with you, including the copy of the brochure email, are kept as ordinary business correspondence.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, to delete your details, or to tell you what we hold about you and correct it. Write to hello@lintel.sg; we will respond within 30 days. If you withdraw your consent, we stop following up and delete your request record.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
